DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Badela offer daily Public transportation services among the people of the region form Cape Town to Eastern Province.
TICKETS INFORMATION
1. Passengers must ensure that all the information is correct when purchasing a ticket.
2. Our ticket are non-refundable but are transferable.
3. We guarantee specific seating
4. Ticket can be printed at the store by the card holder with cc used for the booking and id before boarding.g
DEPARTURE TIME
We kindly request that all passenger to be at their departure point 45 minutes before the departure time so that we can be able to load the luggage in time.
SMOKING AND ALCOHOL
Alcohol and Smoking is prohibited on all Badela coaches.Any person found in breach of our terms and conditions regarding the consumption of alcohol or smoking will be disembarked immediately at the next safe area.
PETS
No pets will be allowed on the vehicle, with the exception of trained guide dogs accompanying a blind person.
Luggage
Any luggage will be transported at the owner’s risk.No refund will be provided for any lost or damaged luggage Passengers are allowed to carry 20kg of luggage for free.
Refund / Re-bookings
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
No changes are possible within 3 hours of the schedule departure time or after departure time.
If a passenger misses the bus, no rebooking or refund will be granted.
Children
No children under the age of 12 years will be allowed to travel without an accompanying adult. Children under the age of 3 years travel for free if not occupying a seat, Should more than have one child under the age of 3 travel, accompanied by the same adult, the passenger is required to purchase one extra tickets at the applicable rate
